Dress Style: Plain robes, though often jeans and a shirt as he is a muggle born and fond of such clothes. Though he tries to wear robes while he’s working, and a smock.
Things they would always carry with them: He often has his camera with him; old habits are hard to break. And his father's wedding band.

Health
Disabilities/Handicaps: None to speak of, Colin has mostly stayed out of the fighting thus far, though he is a bit scratched up recently while he has been looking for his brother. He's done a lot more fighting recently, though he's had no real permanent damage.
Health in general – both mental and physical: He is in general good health, or at least as well as anyone can be expected to be during a war.
Other: He's a bit torn up about recent events concerning his brother. He blames himself partially and feels like he didn't do enough to take care of Dennis.

Personality
First Impression (others have of you): He seems like a nice guy, one who is very open and generally glad to meet you, almost too trusting.
General Behavior: He’s an outgoing kind of guy, he likes meeting new people and is very well suited for the business he used to share with his brother, but now works with Natalie McDonald.
Strengths: He’s definitely a people person, he is very good at dealing with his customers, generally he is able to get people to trust him fairly easily.
Weaknesses: You could say he’s too trusting at times, he always wants to see the good in people, despite the times and their many examples to the contrary.
Habits: Well other than taking pictures as often as he can, not much.

Family History: Colin was raised by his muggle parents; his father was a milk man and his mother worked in a day care center. He lived at home with his parents and brother until he got his letter to Hogwarts. Colin was sure to keep his family very included in his time at Hogwarts taking pictures as often as he could and sending them home for his father.
Pets: Owl, Icarus, for messages and the like
Other: When the war started his parents urged both Colin and Dennis to return home and leave the wizarding world, and remain in the muggle world. However, Colin couldn’t stay away while his friend’s were in danger.

Social/Romantic/Sexual
Close Friendships: While at school Colin, Dennis, and Romilda Vane formed a little trio of their own, Rose Zellar, Justin Finch-Fletchley, and he was friends by association with Natalie McDonald - mostly she played with his hair.
Known Enemies: None really, though he never did get on well with Julian Montague
Sexual Preference: Gay. Considered himself bisexual for quite sometime as he wasn't sure he could handle being strictly gay, though he's gotten over that.

What they think about sex and love: Colin is reserved about love. He isn’t one to rush into things like love, now lust and sex on the other hand … well rush away.

First sign of magic – when and what: When he was swimming when he was 6 and he was pushed into the deep end of the pool. He couldn't swim then and started to drown, but suddenly found himself out of the water and levitating a few inches above the pool until his parents grabbed him.
Boggart: Basilisk – he never did get over that whole being petrified thing when he was a second year

Colin may have said he really wanted to stay in the wizarding world, it would have betrayed his sense of friendship and honor had he left. But he often wishes both he and Dennis had left it all behind and gone back to the muggle world.

Recently he's been having nightmares about meeting up with Dennis again and the sort of show down that is likely to occur between them should they ever actually meet face to face again.
